Our room was clean and updated. The mattress was amazing.
From the welcoming, professional staff in the lobby, to the quick access to our 2nd floor room, either by elevator or steps, to our room temperature & comfortable bed & clean bathroom, We are very Happy with Sleep Inn in Acme, MI
Clean room, comfortable beds, great location across from Little Traverse Bay! Adirondack chairs available to watch the stunning sunsets, such a beautiful location! Great hot breakfast: waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Super nice staff attending to breakfast needs including asking if she could get us anything else and clearing our plates, etc. So pleasant and appreciated! Indoor heated pool and spa hours were great; open 24 hrs for adults, until 11pm for kids. We really appreciated these hours and took advantage of this amenity. All of this at a great price per night (Sunday/Monday)!
The breakfast! Waffles were so delicious! You name them for yourself. And the guy worked there was so friendly and polite!
The room was spacious and clean. Nicely decorated and easy access. We stayed on the third floor so we were happy to see an elevator. The lobby and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to get to and conveniently located. Only about four miles to the airport. After dropping my friend off at the airport at 4:00 in the morning, I was able to get a few more hours sleep before the 11:00 check out time. We noticed that there was a coin operated laundry facility on the premises for guests, which was nice. Coffee available in lobby 24/7. I missed breakfast, but was too comfortable to get up.
Breakfast was great. The guy running it was excellent and kept everything well stocked and clean. He even went above and beyond and cleaned off trash when we were done eating. He made sure all the tables were clean for the next guest.
The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area was always well supplied, clean and the attendant’s attention to detail was fabulous. The complimentary cookies were an absolute unexpected delight!!

Location was 5-6 miles from downtown & a relief from traffic & noise. Breakfast was excellent with wide selection & staff available to address needs. TV well placed & other amenities worked well.
